James Massa is a recognized leader in data strategy and AI data quality. With six patents, including one for AI Zero Trust Data Quality, he has pioneered innovative solutions that elevate data governance and mitigate risk in AI systems. As the head of Data Quality Application Development for JPMorganChase Wealth Management, James led his team to win the 2024 FSTech Award for Best Financial Services IT Team and has been a repeat winner of the American Financial Technology Award for Best Compliance Initiative and the FF Banking Tech Award for Best Reg Tech.

A frequent international conference speaker, James holds master’s degrees in Digital Design from Harvard University and in Finance from Baruch College. He is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and a former Agile adjunct instructor at NYU.
