Benjieve ``Ben`` Joseph, Assistant Inspector General/CDO, Research Insights Solutions Center, USPS OIG
Ben Joseph is the CDO at U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General since June 2022. He leads the Research and Insights Solutions Center (RISC), which is the primary component supporting agency’s mission by employing data analytics. RISC also performs research on topics that have a far-reaching impact in the postal domain. Before joining the OIG, Mr. Joseph held several leadership roles in the private sector, including Sr. Technical Director and Fellow consulting with federal, state, and private sector entities. He is a technologist and transformative leader with over 29 years of experience. He builds sustainable data-driven organizations, strategizes and executes digital transformation initiatives, and is an innovator, mentor and change agent.
